Channel Manager will be responsible for the TANTALUM complete partner program [TANTALUM Channels], which aims to support and promote partners around the world to achieve the targeted sales and increase the customer base using TANTALUM BI. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Minimum 3 years IT Related Sales & Marketing experience 
• Partner Channel Management Experience is an advantage 
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
• Knowledge in BI, ERP, CRM or other IT Related Products and Services is a plus.
• Highly motivated, Independent, Proactive and Well-Organized.

Management Consultant
(Singapore / Greater China)

Consultants are a core component of the TANTALUM Business. They work closely with clients to help them better understand competitive issues, develop strategies for change, performance measurement and achieve results.

The consultants participate in project teams while developing expertise in

• quantitative and qualitative analysis
• interviewing skills
• conceptualizing and communicating strategic solutions
• client relationship skills
• teamwork

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related end users experiences with 2 years in consulting
• Knowledge in any of these specializations such as Retail Management, Accounting and Corporate Finance, Merchandizing Management, Supply Chain Management, Mall Management, Customer Relationship Management and Human Capital Management is necessary.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese.
